here's exactly how Phase 3 works, what to bring, and who you'll meet.

Visit companies only during your assigned time slot.

01Keep your Route Card with you throughout the CV Clinic — it's
your pass for the day.

02If a slot remains unfilled after scheduled participants are
seen, remaining companies may accommodate walk-ins on a
first-come, first-served basis.

03Treat every conversation like a real interview — first
impressions count.

Before you arrive

Bring at least 5 printed copies of your CV — companies may
want to keep one on the spot.

Upgrade your CV using feedback from Phase 1 and Phase 2
before printing — walk in with your best version.
✓
Dress professionally — you'll be meeting recruiters and HR
professionals face to face.
✓
Have your elevator pitch ready — a short, confident intro of
who you are and what you're looking for.
✓
Collect your Route Card at registration and keep it with you
all day.
Your Route Card, explained
Every delegate gets a personal Route Card. A visible logo means
you have a confirmed slot — the time written underneath is when
you visit them.
A greyed out logo means no confirmed slot with that company.
Waitlisted requests aren't shown separately and don't count as
confirmed.
