CV Boost - Career Fair and CV Clinic

CVBoost 2026 is a three-phase Recruitment Readiness Pipeline for Engineering and Computing undergraduates, organized by the IEEE Student Branch of Curtin University Colombo. It moves students from CV diagnosis through field-specific coaching to direct recruiter access — combining a technical CV masterclass, an ATS/interview prep session, and an on-campus Career Fair & CV Clinic with industry partners. The program closes with a post-event CV Partner pipeline that sends curated, pre-screened candidates directly to partner companies and tracks outcomes like shortlists and placements.
